We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Whatwaist gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products are unworn, unwashed, and include original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
